Exam Bootcamp LLC provides exam preparation products and services, including online study guides, question banks, live bootcamps, and private tutoring sessions.

All content, materials, lessons, quizzes, question banks, videos, and related resources are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • share your access with another person

  • resell any Exam Bootcamp materials

  • use our materials for commercial or competing purposes

3. Purchases

When you purchase from Exam Bootcamp, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name and email address.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our website.

4. Refunds

All refunds are governed by the Refund Policy below.

5. Scheduling and attendance

For bootcamps and private sessions, you are responsible for attending at the scheduled time and for using a valid email address so we can send confirmations, access details, and schedule-related updates.

Exam Bootcamp may occasionally need to adjust a bootcamp class date or time due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will provide advance notice by email as soon as reasonably possible, generally at least 3 to 4 days in advance when feasible.

6. No guarantee of exam results

Exam Bootcamp provides educational preparation materials only. We do not guarantee that any user will pass any exam.

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, background, study time, and testing performance.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, branding, design, lessons, quizzes, and study materials, is owned by Exam Bootcamp LLC or used with permission and is protected by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Exam Bootcamp LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, products, or services.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 03/09/2026

1. Study Guides / Digital Access

Because study guides include immediate digital access to course content and question banks, refunds are available only within the guidelines below:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • A refund is available only if you have completed fewer than 20% of the total questions in the question bank.

  • If 20% or more of the questions have been completed or attempted, the purchase is non-refundable.

2. Live Bootcamps

Bootcamp purchases are refundable only if requested early enough before the bootcamp begins:

  • Refund requests made 7 or more days before the bootcamp start date: full refund

  • Refund requests made 3 to 6 days before the bootcamp start date: 50% refund

  • Refund requests made less than 3 days before the bootcamp start date: non-refundable

If you miss the bootcamp or do not attend, the purchase is non-refundable.

Exam Bootcamp may occasionally adjust a bootcamp class date or time due to unforeseen circumstances. Advance notice will be provided by email as soon as reasonably possible, generally at least 3 to 4 days in advance when feasible.

3. Private Lessons / Private Sessions

Private lessons are non-refundable.

You may reschedule a private session if you provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance: allowed

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: no refund

  • Missed sessions / no-shows: no refund
